When someone requests a quote via your website form you will receive an email with their details. However, you may be busy or it could be the weekend so we send an automated email letting the potential customer know that we received the quote request and that you will be in touch shortly.

Similarly, when someone sends a message via the text chat widget, we send a text reply back to their phone informing them that you will get back to them as soon as you can.

Not at all. We can use our huge library of stock photos to get you live and then if you want us to swap out the images with your own over time we can do that for you.

Any photos or other material that you provide to us belongs to you. All other website elements and the code we use to build the site are leased by you from us. You are granted the right to use the website we create and maintain for you as long as you remain our customer.

Just drop us an email and we’ll get it sorted for you. Your service agreement with us includes at least a half hour of content updates (content changes, updates, photos, etc) per month, which we’ve found to be more than enough to take care of everything typically needed to keep your website information up to date.

We can add additional pages or special functionality to your site on an as-needed basis, and we are always happy to discuss options and costs for whatever you have in mind.

Yes, that’s all included in your monthly service. We regularly scan your website to ensure it stays safe from hacks, malware and other threats, and we ensure the back end software that powers your website and systems is kept constantly up to date.
