Account Creation

For certain services we may create an account for you.

Subscriptions

Duration of Subscription

Access to the Service, or certain features of the Service, requires a paid Subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis dependent on the Subscription plan you choose at the time of purchase.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle with the same terms unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Subscription renewal either through the 'Manage Your Account' section or by reaching out to the Company directly. There will be no refunds for any fees already paid for the current Subscription period, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.

Payment Information

You must provide the Company with complete and accurate billing details, including your full name, address, state, postal code, phone number, and valid payment method details.

If automatic billing does not process for any reason, the Company will send you an electronic invoice with instructions to complete the payment manually by a specified deadline, covering the full amount for the billing period as stated on the invoice.

Changes to Subscription Fees

The Company reserves the right to change Subscription fees at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes to Subscription fees will take effect following the conclusion of the current Subscription period.

You will be given reasonable advance notice of any changes to Subscription fees to allow you the opportunity to end your Subscription before the new fee takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after a fee change means you consent to the new Subscription fee.

Policy on Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

Requests for refunds for Subscriptions will be considered by the Company on an individual basis and may be granted at the Company's sole discretion.
